First Floor

The first floor office area includes a beautiful lobby with Chandelier, Berber carpet, and beautiful artwork. It includes a conference room with TV/DVD/CD/VCR and a coffee station. It also includes a waiting area with antique deco styled furniture, and a business center with a Law Library, HI-speed internet PC, Printer, Color/BW Copier, Fax, and a mailbox center.

Office Space and Leasing Programs

Interior and exterior offices are available in a multitude of sizes; ranging from Virtual to over 400 square feet. Each office includes access to conference room with Audio Visual equipment and business center with copier fax and Hi-speed Internet PC. The Business Identity/Virtual Office Space Program

These programs are designed to meet the needs of the business professional, who either spends the day on the road or at a home-based business. We provide voice-mail services, mail forwarding, and access to the business center. Voice-mail with follow- me services are also available. Mail delivery, janitorial services, and maintenance are included with each office.


Retail Space

The retail space has frontage along busy Tyler/Sylvan street feature large picture windows showroom area and office space. A single restroom is available for this space. It is currently used as a retail sign shop (FastSign type operation).
