South Tyler Street is home to dynamic businesses both old and new.  The Stamps Building is partially occupied by Artmasters Art & Frame Consultants.  This company has been in business since 1990. Their emphasis is primarily corporate art.  Their clients include Adams Mark Hotels, Nortel, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Big Twelve Conference and others.  The Evans Engraving Building located directly across from The Stamps Building is owned by Leo and Dan Evans.  The Evans brothers are local business pioneers.  Their long-term clients include Nieman-Marcus, Tiffany's, Zales, along with some of the countries best known Jewelers. The building called Tribeca, attached to their building,  is owned by a local photographer recent to the area.  There are also several, restaurants, galleries, antique and gift stores,
along with one of the top private schools, Tyler Street Acedemy, in Dallas.
